So let’s be pro-active. Let’s get moving now. It is so easy to find a reason/excuse not to get out & get moving. We are all busy. So how about just moving for 15, 30 or 45 minutes in your home? Maybe while you are watching your fave TV show or folding laundry? It can be done! I use these videos on Youtube to get moving. A couple years ago I started walking inside when weather or motivation prevented me from going outside. It is amazing how much better I felt from simply WALKING.
